银丰制造|如何保证快速均衡降温?自主形成液氮蒸汽涡旋!

伴随喷口有秩序的喷射,液氮升腾成的白雾跟随气流在降温仪舱体内流动,很快形成了明显的旋涡……银丰自主研制的世界首台大跨度、高精度、连续程序降温设备,通过巧妙设置喷口方向和精密的电脑程序控制,可在降温舱中迅速形成液氮蒸汽涡旋,保证舱体内温度快速均衡降温。与其他机构使用耐低温风扇推动舱内液氮蒸汽流动相比,该设备通过气流控制形成涡旋,避免了风扇可能造成的电路和机械故障,减少了降温本体直吹可能形成的局部降温过快,保证了降温舱中温度均衡,极大提高降温效率。

 

    Yinfeng has independently developed the world's first long-span, high precision, computer-controlled cool down box which works continuously. 

Set the direction of the nozzle and activate the computer control system. The liquid nitrogen vapor whirlpool will form quickly within the cool down box to ensure rapid and uniform cooling.
    Compared with organizations who use low-temperature resistant fans to create circulationof liquid nitrogen vapor, the whirlpool formed by air flow will eliminate possible circuit failure or mechanical breakdown from the use of fans. This process also reduces the possibility of rapid local cooling caused by direct blowing over the substance, which ensures the temperature is uniform throughout the box and improves the overall effectiveness of cooling.
